Kristen Lawler, 14, of Altoona is blasted with snow by Bittany Parlee, 13, on Thursday afternoon. The girls were part of a group of kids from Angie's Day Care in Altoona who were sent outside to shovel the sidewalk. Southeast Polk schools were cancelled because of snow Thursday.
